Our Staff
Our staff is trained in child guidance, safety practices, first-aid, and CPR . We require a clear background check and child guidance training before hire. We have monthly safety meetings and including employee training.
Annually our staff attends training conferences for additional training in child guidance, education techniques, positive reinforcement, mentoring, learning games, and more.
